性同一性障害とアスペルガーの関連が一部で話題になっているようなので。
事態をさらに混乱？させるべく。
強迫性スペクトラムとの関連について。
アスペルガーも強迫性スペクトラムの一つに数えられる。

強迫性（OCD）スペクトル障害に属するとされる疾患群は次のものたち。
賭博
性嗜好異常（パラフィリア）
身体醜形恐怖
抜毛癖
心気症
身体化障害
トウレット症候群
自閉症
アスペルガー障害
窃盗癖
衝動制御の障害
強迫性人格障害
大食症
神経性無食欲症
こうして並べると、性同一性障害（特にMTF）と関連の深い疾患が多いことに、気づかされる。
抜毛癖は、一般には髪の毛を抜くことが多いが、ひげや体毛を自分で抜くのも抜毛癖といえないこともない。
トランスベスティズムやautogynephiliaといった、パラフィリア。
話題のアスペルガーなどの自閉症関連。
醜形恐怖はいうまでもなく。
摂食障害に、リスカ、多量服薬といった衝動制御の障害。
これらからいくつかの仮説が可能かも。
仮説１．性同一性障害はそもそも強迫性（OCD）スペクトル障害の一つである。
これはちょっと無理があるかも。
仮説２．強迫性（OCD）スペクトル障害のものが性同一性障害類似症状を示すことがある。
これはありうるかも。
仮説３．強迫性（OCD）スペクトル障害のものに、性別違和感があると、強い性転換欲求となり、性同一性障害となる。
これは、そんな気もする。
この場合、強迫性スペクトル障害でなくても、強い性別違和感があれば、性同一性障害となり、その時は、強迫性の症状は示さない。
あるいは、強迫性スペクトル障害でなく、性別違和感がそれほど強度でなければ、強い性転換願望とはならず、狭義のトランスジェンダーになる、ということもいえるかも。
まあ、あんまり考えはまとまってはないのだが。
いずれにせよ、これまであまり話題にはなってなかったが、鑑別診断としては留意すべきかも。
