Asperger’s Disorder(DSM-IV:299.80) is a pervasive development disorder related to Autistic Disorder (DSM-IV:299.00). Our clinic has observed a series of five with A.D.,who also show significant Gender Identity Disorder(DSM-IV:302.6) or Paraphilia (DSM-IV:302.00).
The presentation will discuss the potential causes of this significant overlap, both neurological and psychological that might explain these observations. Imlications for the evolution of Gender and Sexual Identity in the normal population will be discussed in conclusion.

アスペルガー症候群において
アスペルガー障害は、自閉性障害に関連する広汎性発達障害の一つである。われわれのクリニックではアスペルガー障害に、性同一性障害ないしは パラフィリアを合併した5症例を経験した。
発表では、この合併を引き起こす原因について、神経学的、心理学的観点から議論する。正常者におけるジェンダーおよびセクシュアルアイデンティティの発達への含意も結語では議論する。

解説・コメント。
第7回GID研究会で、櫻庭先生がちらりと触れた、「1999年の香港での世界性科学会における、GIDとアスペルガー合併症例発表例」について、一部関心があるようなので、abstractを載せました。
読んでのとおり、たいした内容ではありませんし、パラフィリアの合併も含むものです。
なお、私のメモによれば、質疑応答で、香港の医師（Ngさん？詳細不明）が
「わたしのところでは性同一性障害800例中、10例にアスペルガー障害がいた」
と言ってます。
それ以上のことは、私の記憶、メモ、関連文献等なく、不明です。
